Products that are removed from their original packaging only qualify if the item is physically damaged upon delivery, and in this instance, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to resolve the matter.
Items that are listed as clearance or otherwise ineligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges are exempt from this policy, which includes the purchase of any digital products.
If you purchased a digital product and were unable to download the purchase or otherwise did not receive the item you purchased, please contact us directly to resolve the matter, and we will ensure you receive the product you purchased.
